I knew reading these linguablogs would pay off. As an addendum to a post on the Chinese translation of Episode III on languagehat, he points out a website that contains a translation of Zero Wing from the original Japanese. Apparently, “All Your Base Are Belong To Us” really means “Thanks to the cooperation of the UN forces, all of your bases now belong to CATS”.
